This bright ojbect is the inflated roof of BC Place Stadium, home of the BC Lions, Vancouvers CFL football team. The roof of BC Place is inflatible, and has been permanently inflated since it was built. However, in early January 2007 the roof of BC Place stadium was torn by a sliding piece of ice and snow that had accumulated during a windy-storm. The tear was large enough and the winds high enough that the staff at BC Place stadium decided to deflat the might roof. Its due to be repaired but as of right now it is still torn, damaged and deflated.
